QUALITY POLICY

Andrić Company, from a small family craft workshop, has grown into a company that is the fundation of the development of the light industry industry in Serbia. With a strictly selected product range, adapted to the most demanding part of the Serbian market, with the provision of complete service to customers from the conceptual solution to the realization, we present the most serious company in Serbia, ready to respond at all times to all market demands. By constantly investing in production capacities, new equipment and technology, and finally, by constantly investing in our employees, our goal is to become the leader in the production of light commercials and other advertising products in Serbia and this part of the region. By defining the good quality of the products we deliver, we will convert the requirements and needs of our users into a mutually desired reality.

Our quality management system enables:

• Continuous growth of the satisfaction of our customers, through the delivery of quality products and with the respect of deadlines;
• Establishing and fostering partnerships with suppliers and users of our services;
• Employee satisfaction;
• Reducing business costs, while improving the quality of work;
• Preservation of the environment;
• Continuous improvement of the quality management system, through planning and meeting realistic goals.

In order to achieve these goals, we decided to introduce, establish and maintain a quality management system in accordance with the requirements of the ISO 9001: 2008 standard.

The responsibility of employees for the implementation of this policy is given in the documentation of the quality management system.

• First certification – Reg no. Q – 0616 – which confirms that the quality management system established and implemented by Andrić Company doo is in compliance with the standard for quality management systems SRPS ISO 9001: 2008. Valid from September 22, 2009.
• At the beginning of December 2011, Mr. Andrić Company Ltd. certified the quality management system by Standard Cert – Company for Certification and Supervision – Belgrade, QS – 0195. The certificate is valid from 01.12.2011.
• During the year, the quality management system was checked by Standard Cert, with the decision that the company Andrić Company doo holds the certificate number QS-0195.The certificate is valid from 22.11.2018.
